Senior Vice President - Operations - Commercial Design & Build - IIT/IIM

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

- Strategic operations leadership set the multi-year operations roadmap aligned to company strategy and capital plan.

- Function-wide stewardship VPs, GMs, and the broader operations leadership report into your line.

- Delivery P&L at scale own the economic outcomes of execution across the business.

- Operational transformation drive the next generation of systems, processes, technology, and AI in delivery.

- Senior client and ecosystem strategic enterprise accounts, ecosystem partnerships, and regulatory relationships at the senior level.

- Geographic strategy co-author the India and international Operations footprint with the founder team.

- Capability build leadership development, capability programs, and succession at the senior layer.

- Board-level communication represent Operations at the Board, leadership offsites, and investor forums.

Must-Haves:

- 12+ years of operations leadership with large-scale execution exposure.

- Has run multi-city or multi-country operations with clear delivery ownership.

- Has managed 50+ team members or multi-layer manager organisations.

- Built scalable SOPs, processes, and operating systems that survived growth.

- Track record of operational transformation in fast-paced growth environments.

- Enterprise-grade client and senior stakeholder management.

- Strong strategic communication Board, founders, investors.

Good to Have:

- Commercial D&B background (Priority 1) / Real Estate (P2) / Infrastructure (P3).

- Top-tier institute (IIT / IIM or equivalent full-time programs).

- P&L ownership at company or business-unit scale.

- Tech-driven Operations exposure ERP, dashboards, automation, AI.
