Summary
Oversees the full lifecycle of payment cards—from customer onboarding to activation and engagement—while collaborating with business leaders, tech partners, and regulators to launch tailored card products and optimize operational efficiency in Pakistan’s digital banking sector.
Job Purpose:
Manage end-to-end view of payment cards from customer onboarding to fulfilment to activation and ongoing engagement.
Work with respective Business owners to develop and launch segment specific card products
Work with internal product stakeholders to implement integrated user journeys
Build view of customer onboarding, engagement & spends w.r.t. P&L and strategic commitments
Manage fraud and operational risk for card products
Engage with tech partners, vendors, payment schemes, regulator and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous innovation and increased efficiency
Key Result Areas:
Own the end-to-end card onboarding and management journey including fulfillment, activation and engagement
• Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance, payment schemes, third party vendors etc. to launch card products for Pakistan Digital Bank
• Identify opportunities across the customer journey to optimize and increase efficiency.
• Drive data quality and ensure accurate information is being captured in analytics and reporting
• Review portfolio to identify journey issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Degree in IT or Business or related field with 4-5 years experience
• Experience in in banking / financial industry with focus on Payment cards product development, strategy, design, implementation etc.
