Job Title: Senior Vice President (SVP) HR, Enterprise
Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) HR, Enterprise to hold strategic ownership and governance for HR policies, workforce transformations, and global talent strategies across a 6,000-person global business segment. This role bridges operational delivery excellence with global commercial expansion to drive growth across complex, high-touch enterprise accounts.
Important Note: This is an Executive HR Transformation & Commercial Strategy Role, NOT a Generalist Local HR Operations or Talent Acquisition Specialist Role.

What You Will Achieve
Align Human Capital Strategy: Partner directly with the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) to align HR strategy with global operational delivery and enterprise account growth.
Modernize Operating Models: Drive end-to-end HR transformation, modernizing human capital operating models, core processes, and global HR technology adoption (including eOne).
Advise Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted executive coach and strategic counterweight to enterprise leaders in a complex global matrix organization.
Scale Workforce Capacity: Lead workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies across a specialized 6,000-person organization dedicated to major enterprise clients.
Key Metrics You'll Own
Organizational Agility & Scale: Successful implementation of modernized HR operating models and Global Capability Center (GCC) collaboration.
Leadership & Talent Retention: Performance of employee engagement, retention, and upskilling initiatives via an elevated Employee Value Proposition.
Operational Delivery: Delivery against client commitments and revenue growth targets tied directly to human capital infrastructure.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience: 12 to 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5+ years at the VP/Senior Executive level within a large multinational professional services or globally listed firm.
Workforce Scale: Proven track record supporting a specialized workforce of 5,000–10,000+ employees tied to enterprise account revenue targets.
Industry Background: Deep foundational knowledge of global staffing, consulting, or professional services sectors.
Core Competencies: Polished executive presence, strong data fluency, expert matrix management, and proven success leading HR transformations across international operating regions.
