We're looking for a senior videographer and multimedia designer to own our video, motion and photography output. You'll take ideas from concept through planning, shooting, editing and delivery, and you'll be hands-on at every stage.

About the role
A-SAFE is a global leader in workplace safety barriers. Our in-house creative studio produces content for markets worldwide, across product launches, campaigns, social and sales.
We're looking for a senior videographer and multimedia designer to own our video, motion and photography output. You'll take ideas from concept through planning, shooting, editing and delivery, and you'll be hands-on at every stage.
What you'll do
- Plan, film and edit video from concept to delivery, including product films, site shoots, campaign content and social
- Run shoots end to end, covering planning, camera, lighting and audio
- Create motion graphics and animation in After Effects for social, web, events and sales
- Shoot and edit photography for products, sites and campaigns
- Generate and pitch creative ideas, not just execute briefs
- Manage your own projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Work with designers, writers and marketing stakeholders to deliver on-brand content
- Look after studio kit and help raise production standards across the team
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio showing filmed and edited video work, plus motion design and photography (essential)
- Confident filming on location and in studio, including camera, lighting and audio
- Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro or similar, and strong motion design skills in After Effects
- Solid photography skills, with Lightroom and Photoshop
- A self-starter who spots opportunities and takes ownership
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
- B2B, industrial or product content experience is a bonus, not essential
