Senior VIP Relationship Manager
You manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth private clients, providing exceptional account management and personalised trading enablement. You drive revenue, trading volume and assets on platform through data-driven analysis and proactive strategies. You bring VIP offerings to market, execute initiatives that increase client activity, use blockchain analytics and trading data to guide decisions, and partner with product, marketing and client service teams to drive growth and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to high-net-worth clients worldwide
- Build and nurture trusted client relationships through account management
- Drive revenue, trading volume and assets on platform
- Bring private client and VIP offerings to market
- Serve as the point of contact for top private clients
- Execute programs and initiatives that increase client activity, trading and assets on platform
- Leverage blockchain analytics, trading data and client insights to inform revenue-generating efforts
- Partner with product, marketing and client service teams to drive private client growth and loyalty
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or private client sales
- At least 2 years of experience in the crypto space
- Track record of working with high-net-worth individuals
- Understanding of spot, margin, futures, OTC trading and lending products
- Data-driven analysis of client portfolio revenue, trading volume and assets on platform
- Strong personal network within the crypto industry, particularly across high-net-worth individuals
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, industry players, frameworks and market dynamics
- Ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Fluency in English
