1. To provide Consistent & Superior Digital Experience to our advisors.

1. Achievement of Contact policy defined & manage Call handling as Achievement of Contact policy defined & manage Call handling as per defined standards.
2. Reach out to existing and new advisors to present our products , Monthly contest , Shortfall & Service Offerings.
3. Address all questions or issues advisors may have
4. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need if any
5. Offer Solutions based on advisors need & Capabilities
6. Always strive towards meeting sales targets
7. Proper hand holding of assigned advisors for Product , Process , System , Applications training & Learnings.

1. Adherence to set processes of updating customer interactions in CRM next.
