Vulnerability Management Specialist
Summary
The Lead Vulnerability Analyst will manage global vulnerability analysis programs, prioritize CVEs, and provide remediation guidance across infrastructure and applications. The role requires deep expertise in risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks to drive organizational security improvements.
Role Overview

As a Lead Vulnerability Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of technical depth, strategic thinking, and program leadership—driving the evolution of vulnerability analysis practices across regions.
You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) and decision-maker, influencing how critical security risks are assessed and addressed across applications, infrastructure, and third-party ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize CVE and internal vulnerabilities using risk-based methodologies (e.g., CVSS)
- Act as SME for escalations, providing clear risk ratings and remediation guidance
- Design and enhance global vulnerability analysis processes and programs
- Perform QA reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, security, and third-party teams to drive remediation
- Identify and escalate critical risks, control gaps, and process failures
- Support follow-the-sun operations for global coverage
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in vulnerability analysis and risk assessment
- Knowledge of CVSS, CPE, security frameworks, and attack techniques
- Solid understanding of application, infrastructure, and IT security
- Certifications like CISSP or Security+ (preferred)
