Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead and develop the warehouse team while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.
Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO, stock control, and cycle counts.
Investigate stock, quality, and customer issues, and prepare operational reports.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
NITEC/Higher NITEC or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–3 years' warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Valid forklift licence will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work schedule: 5.5-days every week (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
