Job Summary

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor oversees efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, manages warehouse staff and systems, and ensures productivity targets and safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals and sustain team productivity
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate inventory management
• Implement and monitor warehouse processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
• Enforce safety standards to maintain a secure working environment and reduce workplace incidents
• Conduct regular inspections and apply process improvements to uphold high-quality warehouse operations
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to consistently meet operational deadlines and productivity targets
