We are looking for a “ Web Developer” to join our team.

Build, maintain, and scale the web versions of our consumer-facing mobile products end-to-end. Translate existing app experiences into fast, mobile-first, responsive, conversion-focused web products. Contribute to product decisions by working directly with founders and product owners without a heavy PM layer. Own code quality, performance, web vitals, and user experience as a personal responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Design and build modern web applications with React & Next.js, thoughtfully choosing between SPA, SSG, and SSR based on what each product needs
• Write clean, type-safe TypeScript, bringing functional and asynchronous programming best practices to our codebase
• Shape state management and data fetching using Redux / Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
• Help craft secure, seamless authentication experiences — sign-in flows, token/session handling, social login — and work with Firebase Auth, including shared authentication with our mobile products
• Build meaningful features on top of Firebase services, including Firestore, Realtime Database (RTDB), and Remote Config
• Integrate REST APIs, work with JSON data, and thoughtfully design loading, error, and offline states
• Continuously improve web performance by optimizing Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), reducing bundle size, and applying smart lazy loading and caching strategies
• Keep an eye on production health using error/crash monitoring tools like Sentry, and turn what you learn into lasting improvements
• Help manage our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, using tools like Vercel
• Bring Claude Code or similar coding agents into your everyday workflow
• Translate user needs and existing app flows into thoughtful, well-scoped web solutions
• Work closely with founders, product owners, and UI/UX designers, iterating quickly and openly on feedback
• Take ownership of testing your own work, keeping reliance on QA light
• Keep an eye on key user metrics — conversion, retention, session behavior, errors, and web vitals — and turn insights into meaningful action
• Bring subscription/paywall and funnel thinking into how you build for our B2C web products

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and state management (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query)

Nice-to-Have

• Backend familiarity with Python and/or .NET
• Experience shipping the web counterpart of an existing mobile app
• Content management systems — Keystone.js, Strapi, or Sanity
• Web animations — GSAP and Framer Motion
• A/B testing and experimentation on onboarding, paywall, and subscription flows
• LLM/AI SDK integration (API-based)
• Accessibility (WCAG) and localization experience
