Role Overview As a Senior Web Developer, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications, architect scalable frontend and backend solutions, and mentor junior team members to ensure engineering excellence and modern technical best practices. Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, implement comprehensive unit and integration tests, and maintain high-quality software documentation. Design API integrations and system architectures that adhere to secure coding standards and modern web protocols. Lead technical discussions, present architectural proposals, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind CSS. Fluency in English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills across remote teams.
5+ years of full-stack or frontend web development experience in production environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel. Prior experience working in agile, asynchronous remote teams.
