About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join their dynamic and innovative team in a fully remote capacity, supporting operations in Mahikeng. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable web applications that meet user needs and business objectives. You will work across the entire development stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code across both front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system architecture for scalability and reliability. Implement and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers on the team. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development , with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby) and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, Express.js, Ruby on Rails). Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end development. Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and No SQL), including performance tuning. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
