Seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead web experience design for AIS. Responsible for Design System management, UI/UX design, reusable web components, and creating seamless customer journeys that support business objectives and customer satisfaction.Job Description
1.Design System & Reusable Components
Own and continuously enhance the AIS Design System by creating scalable UI components, design patterns, and guidelines that ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints while enabling efficient and reusable implementation.
2.UX/UI Design for AIS Online Channels
Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across AIS online channels by transforming customer needs, business objectives, and CX principles into effective user journeys, interfaces, and responsive web experiences.
3. SEO/AIO, Accessibility & Performance
Create user-friendly web experiences that are optimized for discoverability, accessibility, and performance, ensuring content is easy to navigate, understand, and interact with across all devices.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, PR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UX/UI solutions while maintaining design consistency and a high-quality customer experience.
5. Research, Benchmarking & Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement through user insights, analytics, competitive benchmarking, and emerging design trends to deliver innovative, data-driven, and customer-focused digital experiences.
