Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience emphasizing blockchain and smart contract development
- Experience designing and launching ERC20 tokens and airdrop systems
- Experience with finance, fintech, blockchains, and crypto
- Autonomy in setting priorities and comfort with high responsibility
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Fluent English
- Adaptable startup mentality and comfort with ambiguity
