💰 Salary: $1000 - $5000 / month（Basic salary with performance requirements）

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Channel Partner Development: Identify, approach and onboard community channel leaders (Telegram / Discord / X communities, KOLs) in target markets (Latin America, Europe, North America and Japan/ smaller-language markets), and drive new user acquisition for the platform.
2️⃣ Joint Campaign Execution: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with partner communities — prediction contests, giveaways, AMAs, World Cup-themed events — converting community members into registered and active users.
3️⃣ Community & Social Operations: Deep familiarity with the social channels of the target market; able to create engaging, localized content and campaign materials with channel partners.
4️⃣ Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with channel leaders to sustain user activity and repeat participation, not one-off traffic.
5️⃣ Growth & Performance: Own new-user acquisition and activation KPIs; hitting pre-set targets entitles you to additional bonus incentives.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Professional Experience: 2+ years of BD / growth experience in crypto (exchanges, prediction markets, GameFi or Web3 communities); candidates with existing community / KOL / channel-leader resources strongly preferred.
2️⃣ Core Competencies: Proven ability in channel acquisition and partnership management, with hands-on experience running joint campaigns and measuring conversion.
3️⃣ Work Mindset: Goal-oriented, data-driven, motivated by performance-based rewards.
4️⃣ Communication Skills: Excellent #English (written and verbal); additional target-market languages a plus.
