Senior Web3 SDET at BairesDev
As a Senior Web3 SDET, you will design and build full-stack automated test suites for decentralized applications, acting as a quality gatekeeper across API, UI, and CLI layers. You will establish advanced testing strategies for distributed blockchain services, ensuring correctness and reliability where software performance is critical.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement comprehensive automated test suites covering multiple application layers.
- Establish robust testing strategies tailored for distributed systems and blockchain protocols.
- Diagnose and triage complex issues across Web3 networks and decentralized environments.
- Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed testing excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Test Automation, Software Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Web3 technologies and developing test automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with API and UI automation.
- Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD quality gates, performance, and regression testing.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
