Senior Windows Administrator

About the role

At Grupo NS we are incorporating a Senior Windows Administrator to join a stable project in a 100% remote modality.

What you'll do

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Windows environment administration, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, security, and availability of systems, as well as incident resolution and the management of users and access.

What will you do?

• Configuration and maintenance of environments such as Windows Server.
• Administration of essential network services associated with Windows environments.
• Task automation (Ansible with Rundeck or similar)
• Management of users, accounts, permissions, and access.
• Application and monitoring of security patches and updates.
• Configuration and review of security measures, including firewalls.
• Incident resolution related to systems, software, hardware, and connectivity.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems affecting users and corporate services.
• Planning and execution of backups.
• Monitoring of disaster recovery processes and information availability.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and administration procedures.

What we're looking for

• Solid experience as a Windows Systems Administrator.
• Experience in Windows Server administration.
• Ansible automation with Rundeck or similar orchestrator
• Experience in the application of security patches and updates.
• Knowledge of security in Windows environments.
• Experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery of systems/information.
• Ability to work autonomously in systems environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in administration of high-availability corporate Windows environments.
• Knowledge of network services associated with Windows environments.
• Experience with system monitoring and management tools.
• Additional knowledge of infrastructure and systems.
• Experience in vulnerability management and hardening.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery.
