Rate: up to 155 PLN nett + vat/ hour
Summary: The role of Windows Expert is critical for enhancing technology infrastructure by implementing automation processes and supporting the migration to cloud-based solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and innovative problem-solving to improve system performance and fulfill operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies with PowerShell.
Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security baselines.
Serve as the operating system (OS) specialist, with deep knowledge of the IT landscape including Network, Storage, Virtualization, and Active Directory.
Support the team in building new OS images with automation.
Facilitate on-premises to cloud migrations.
Collaboration with the platform owner and scrum team to manage the engineering backlog.
Document automation processes and procedures for engineers, end users, and architects.
Collaborate within the SAFE SCRUM framework.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support on the Windows platform.
Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Key Requirements:
High proficiency in PowerShell and relevant programming languages.
Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly SCCM.
Strong expertise in Windows server platforms (Windows 2019, 2022, and 2025).
Proficiency with software development tools including GIT and Jira.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Mastery of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Knowledge in Core Network Services including DNS, DHCP, and IP routing.
Hybrid Cloud knowledge with experience connecting on-premises servers to cloud vendors like GCP and Azure.
Experience in Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience integrating AI technologies for self-healing platforms.
Certifications in Windows server platforms, especially Windows 2022 and 2025.
Knowledge of Linux platforms.
Ability to code in additional languages such as Python.

Location: Poland - Warsaw (3City is also considered)
Office Presence: Required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
