Senior WMS Developer - Blue Yonder (JDA)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Blue Yonder WMS Developer to lead complex Warehouse Management System customizations, technical enhancements, and platform migration activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA / RedPrairie) WMS, strong MOCA development expertise, and proven experience implementing and upgrading custom solutions across different WMS versions.
Required Technical Skill:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Blue Yonder WMS customizations and enhancements
- Lead development of MOCA commands, triggers, overrides, and custom business logic
- Develop and enhance PageBuilder applications and MTF / RF screens
- Build and maintain WMS Integrator transactions, IFD mappings, and interfaces with ERP systems
- Lead technical analysis and effort estimation for WMS customization requests
- Implement enhancements to allocation, picking, replenishment, inventory, and outbound processes
- Upgrade and migrate custom modifications across Heritage WMS versions (20.12.2024)
- Contribute to technical migration activities from Heritage WMS to next-generation cloud WMS
- Guide junior developers through solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with architects, Scrum Leads, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Own technical deliverables from requirement analysis through testing and customer UAT.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 5 to 10 years of overall software development experience
- Substantial hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS development and customizations
- Demonstrated experience executing WMS upgrades or migrations
- Ability to independently analyze complex technical requirements and estimate effort
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews
