Senior Workday Developer / Analyst

Senior Workday Developer / Analyst
Hybrid work model - office in Kraków - 3 days per week
Responsibilities:
Lead security solution design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules
Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday security configurations
Design, develop, and support Workday Security functionality including creating and maintaining security groups, user and role-based security assignments and updating domain security, authentication and proxy policies as needed
Conduct security impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes
Follow SDLC framework for enhancements and projects
Security Architecture, Controls & Governance
Conduct regular audits on Workday access to ensure accuracy and compliance and respond to requests for security audits as needed working with our HR, HR Risk or leadership teams
Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements in current Workday security processes
Act as the Workday Security subject matter expert whether working on your own development projects or through providing guidance and training to internal Workday Security team
Requirements:
4+ years of Workday experience in HCM security
Experience in Workday configuration preferred, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
Experience in data governance and security best practices
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
