Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Solution Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
Proven experience in Workday HCM, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration for Belgium, Italy, UK , Germany (Absence & Time tracking) across Implementation / Development projects
Ability to gather business requirements, configure , maintain, design, and configure, support integration Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling
Identify design options rapid prototyping. recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
