Senior Workday Implementation Consultant (AU Payroll, Time & Absence) - REMOTE

Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱170,000 per month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this client-facing position, you will lead and execute end-to-end Workday implementations, focusing on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. This is an active implementation role, not a post-go-live support position. You will own client workstreams, lead design sessions, configure Workday solutions, and guide ANZ-based clients through full-lifecycle deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and lead Functional Analysis & Strategy (FAS) and Customer Solution Alignment (CSE) sessions with key client stakeholders

• Lead or co-lead the implementation workstreams for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll modules from initial kick-off through go-live

• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday business processes, calculations, accruals, time entry codes, and payroll integration touchpoints

• Manage client expectations, deliver design documents, perform hands-on system configuration, execute testing (UAT/P2P), and ensure smooth data migration

• Communicate complex technical and functional details clearly to both technical leads and executive HR/Payroll stakeholders over video calls

About you

• Proven track record leading or co-leading end-to-end Workday deployment projects

• Strong functional configuration experience in Workday Time Tracking and/or Workday Absence Management

• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with strong virtual presentation presence and confidence facilitating live design workshops

• Background in client-facing Payroll implementations or functional integration between Workday Time/Absence and Payroll systems

• Dual expertise in both Time Tracking AND Absence Management (highly regarded)

• Experience running formal FAS (Functional Analysis & Strategy) or CSE (Customer Solution Alignment) discovery workshops (highly regarded)

• Understanding of Australian Payroll terminology, awards, and compliance nuances (e.g., Superannuation, STP, Long Service Leave) (highly regarded)

• Workday Certification(s) in Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll (highly regarded)
