Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking a high-performing Senior Workforce Data Analyst to join our Workforce Intelligence team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise to one of Queensland's largest and most complex public sector workforces, supporting critical workforce decisions that help keep Queensland communities safe.

What you'll be doing

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver contemporary workforce analytics, reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Analyse workforce trends, risks and emerging issues to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Partner with senior executives and stakeholders to provide trusted data-driven advice.
  • Lead the development and continual improvement of workforce reporting frameworks and processes.
  • Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to major workforce projects and organisational initiatives.
  • Mentor and support team members while helping drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
