Senior Zuora Billing Consultant

1. 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, developing, or supporting Zuora Billing and subscription management solutions.

2. Strong hands-on knowledge of Zuora Product Catalog, subscriptions, amendments, billing, payments, usage, workflows,API Integrations, invoice templates, custom fields, and Zuora objects.

3. Experience with Zuora REST APIs, ZOQL, Workflow APIs, JSON, and API troubleshooting.

4. Practical understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle and subscription lifecycle, including renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and payment failures.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical billing behavior to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
