The primary responsibility of this role is to enable effective knowledge transfer by undergoing comprehensive product, process, and systems training for U.S. insurance operations (including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards), and delivering structured training programs to clinical new hires assigned to a specific insurance process. This may include onsite training sessions as required.
The role also involves the development, customization, and maintenance of training curricula, including training modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids. In addition, the role is responsible for gathering Training Needs Identification (TNI) inputs, implementing module enhancements or updates aligned with client, compliance, and operational changes, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance metrics.
Primary interactions include coaching and mentoring clinical associates throughout training, ensuring readiness for production and adherence to U.S. insurance and clinical compliance standards. The role also requires regular reporting and coordination with Operations owners and Training leaders on training progress, gaps, and outcomes.
- Ensure that the successful knowledge transfer is facilitated through the signed off DTP’s (desktop procedures)
- Deliver training to associates.
- Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies
- Update Training curriculum on an ongoing basis
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Maintain and create Training MIS and reports
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
- Ensure that the training quality is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Preferably with a background in Insurance and/or Healthcare
- Preferably with background in workers compensation and/or disability claims
- Must have completed a 4‑year college degree and passed the local RN examination and NCLEX (PHRN and USRN); Both licenses should be active
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (International Voice Account)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer or any similar role
