Sensor Fusion Engineer at BairesDev
As a Sensor Fusion Engineer, you will design and implement sophisticated perception systems that integrate data from multiple sources. You will play a key role in developing the "eyes" of autonomous systems, ensuring high-fidelity environmental awareness and robust object tracking.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize sensor fusion algorithms to merge data from LiDAR, cameras, and radar.
- Architect real-time perception pipelines for object detection and semantic segmentation.
- Implement deep learning models using PyTorch to enhance environmental understanding.
- Design tracking systems to provide consistent state estimation of dynamic objects.
- Collaborate with autonomy teams to integrate perception outputs into decision-making logic.
- Validate system performance through simulation and real-world data analysis.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on perception systems for autonomy.
- Proven expertise in sensor fusion techniques using LiDAR, camera, and radar data.
- Advanced proficiency in C++ or Python and experience with PyTorch for deep learning.
- Hands-on experience developing real-time perception pipelines for object detection, tracking, or semantic segmentation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
