What you will do

• Manage multiple SEO campaigns at the same time.

• Build and execute SEO roadmaps that hit KPIs.

• Run technical audits. Prioritise fixes. Get changes shipped.

• Work with developers on crawling, indexation, speed, and site architecture.

• Improve on-page SEO. Titles, headings, internal links, schema, content structure.

• Build content plans based on search intent, gaps, and topical authority.

• Brief writers clearly. Review drafts. Improve quality and relevance.

• Track results in Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.

• Diagnose ranking drops and volatility. Act with a clear plan.

• Produce monthly and quarterly reports. Tie work to ROI.

• Communicate strategy clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain MediaOne’s standards across all deliverables.

• Collaborate with our tech team to refine MediaOne’s AI SEO tool.

• Contribute to scalable SOPs and productised SEO models.

What we are looking for

• Strong agency experience managing multiple SEO accounts.

• Hands-on technical SEO experience. Not theory only.

• Strong on-page and content optimisation skills.

• Confident with audits, prioritisation, and execution.

• Strong reporting and analytics. You can explain performance clearly.

• Up to date with algorithm changes and search trends.

• Good stakeholder management. You handle objections professionally.

• Familiar with AI-assisted SEO tools and automation. Nice to have.
