Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join a growing international team. In this fully remote SEO role, you will support and lead digital growth initiatives by driving improvements in organic search performance, keyword rankings, and overall online visibility.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident managing and executing strategies across on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking ownership of SEO performance to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices
  • Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, etc.)
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Build and execute link-building strategies
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new content opportunities
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO improvements

Requirements

  • 3 - 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure basics is a plus
  • Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience working in remote or international teams is a plus
