What Youll Do: Lead global SEO strategy across multiple international markets. Drive Technical SEO, International SEO, keyword research, and localization. Optimize website visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot. Develop Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. Lead technical SEO initiatives, including hreflang, canonicalization, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals. Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, and Regional Marketing teams. Drive digital PR, backlink acquisition, structured data, and E-E-A-T initiatives. Track organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue through GA4 and Google Search Console. What Were Looking For: 812 years of hands-on SEO experience. Strong expertise in Technical SEO and International SEO. Experience scaling organic growth across global or multi-country websites. Practical knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization. Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
