SEO Lead

Responsibilities:

• Grow organic traffic: keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO across the site.
• Make sure to show up in AI answers structure content for citations on Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build domain authority: own the backlink strategy, digital PR, and third-party brand mentions.
• Keep the engine healthy with regular audits on crawlability, site speed, schema, and internal linking.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in SEO with real results: traffic growth, ranking improvements, or organic pipeline impact.
• Knows where search is heading and has worked with or thought deeply about GEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Technically, solid Core Web Vitals, schema, and crawlability are comfortable across Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC.
