SEO on Google ASAP please

I need some experienced PPH Talent with the CERT Rating of at least 3 to do a SEO project for me. If you don't have the CERT Rating 3, please do not send me any proposal. I will discard it without even opening or reading it. I'm a very nice person. Just the same however: I am only looking for individuals who fully meet the technical requirements for this project.
