About the Role

HireBook Staffing Services is looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-driven SEO Specialist with strong expertise in Technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Local SEO, and Google Business Profile (GBP).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, increasing search rankings, and generating business leads through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory Expertise: Technical SEO, AEO, GEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website structure, technical SEO, and on-page content.
• Plan and optimize landing pages, blog articles, and FAQs to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor organic performance, analyze data, and prepare monthly SEO reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve organic traffic and conversions.
• Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
• Identify SEO opportunities and develop strategies to improve keyword rankings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO and On-Page Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Proven track record of improving rankings for competitive keywords.
• Practical understanding of AEO, GEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
