Problem This Role Solves

Bell manages a large, complex digital ecosystem with thousands of pages across support, shop, marketing, and informational content. This role ensures:

  • Consistent execution of SEO best practices at scale
  • Faster turnaround on SEO audits, optimizations, and remediation
  • Stronger technical and on‑page SEO hygiene across properties
  • Support for the transition from traditional SEO to GEO / AI‑assisted search visibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Core SEO Execution
    • On‑page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, structured content)
    • Keyword and intent research aligned to business and support use cases
    • Optimization of existing and new content following Bell SEO standards
  • Technical SEO Support
    • Assist with technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals)
    • SEO readiness reviews prior to launches
    • Log and track SEO technical debt in Jira
  • GEO / AI Search Support
    • Support Generative Engine Optimization initiatives
    • Assist with LLM and AI‑generated search visibility
    • Work with BrightEdge, GSC, and related tools
  • Reporting & Operations
    • Monitor performance metrics
    • Prepare regular SEO summaries
    • Maintain documentation and playbooks
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 2–4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience
    • Strong on‑page and technical SEO fundamentals
    • Experience with BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC
    • Enterprise process orientation
    • Comfortable with Jira and Confluence

    Nice to Have

    • Telecom, ecommerce, or support‑heavy site experience
    • Schema and structured data exposure
    • Familiarity with AI search, GEO, RAG, or LLM optimization
