SEO Specialist
Requirements:
Confident understanding of On‑page, Off‑page, and Technical SEO
1–2 years of experience as an SEO specialist
Experience independently managing SEO projects
Ability to conduct technical audits and identify growth opportunities
Experience working with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Seranking, Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider
Ability to work with semantics: collection, clustering, prioritization
Understanding of link‑building logic (anchor lists, strategy, placement control)
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of CMS logic (WordPress or similar)
Understanding of Google algorithms and E‑E‑A‑T principles
Experience in task setting and quality control of completed work
Will be plus
Experience mentoring or training Junior SEO specialists
Experience managing small teams (1–3 people)
Experience working with PBNs and drop‑domains
Experience automating reporting (API, Apps Script, etc.)
Experience in the iGaming / affiliate niche
Experience working with international markets
Responsibilities:
Independent management of part of the SEO projects
Oversight of tasks performed by Junior SEO specialists
Quality control of completed tasks (semantics, technical specifications, link placements, reports)
Training Junior specialists to work with tools and internal processes
Explaining task logic from scratch
Participation in the development and adjustment of SEO strategies
Conducting technical and content audits
Creating and overseeing the execution of the content plan
Monitoring the link‑building strategy and donor quality
Analyzing traffic and ranking dynamics
Preparing project reports
Participating in presale analyses for new projects
