SEO Specialist at BairesDev

As an SEO Specialist, you will drive organic growth and digital marketing excellence for technical companies. You will craft and execute data-driven search strategies that enhance visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for site architecture and performance.
- Execute data-driven content planning and link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
- Optimize digital assets for AI-search and LLM visibility using advanced structured data techniques.
- Monitor search trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantages in search results.
- Analyze key performance metrics using industry-standard tools to refine marketing tactics and reporting.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
- Proven expertise in managing SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong background in data-driven content strategy and link building to improve domain authority.
- Proficiency in optimizing for AI-search and LLM visibility through techniques like structured data.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
