Responsibilities:

• Grow organic traffic: Keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO across the site.
• Make show up in AI answers: Structure content for citations on Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build domain authority: Own the backlink strategy, digital PR, and third-party brand mentions.
• Keep the engine healthy: Regular audits on crawlability, site speed, schema, and internal linking.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in SEO with real results: Traffic growth, ranking improvements, or organic pipeline impact.
• Knows where search is heading: Has worked with or thought deeply about GEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Technically solid - Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability, and comfortable across Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC.
