💭 About the Team
Lunit Oncology Group은 개별 환자의 Cancer Biology를 보다 정확하게 이해하고, 환자에게 가장 적합한 치료를 선택할 수 있도록 돕는 AI Biomarker를 개발합니다. 현재는 Digital Pathology 데이터를 중심으로 AI 모델과 Biomarker를 개발하고 있으며, CT와 같은 Medical Imaging, Genomics, Spatial Omics 등 다양한 데이터 모달리티와 Vision-Language Model, Language Model 등 새로운 AI 기술도 지속적으로 탐색하고 있습니다. 궁극적으로 특정 기술이나 데이터에 한계를 두기보다, 환자와 의료진에게 실질적인 가치를 만드는 방법을 찾는 것을 중요하게 생각합니다.
현재 글로벌 주요 제약사들과 AI Biomarker 개발 및 상용화를 위한 다양한 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며, 일부 파트너사와는 장기적인 공동 개발을 이어가고 있습니다. 합류하게 되시면 연구와 기술 개발에 그치지 않고 실제 제품과 비즈니스로 연결되는 환경에서 일할 수 있습니다.
💭 About the Position
본 포지션은 의사로서의 의료 전문성을 살려서 제품의 기획부터 개발, 비즈니스까지 전 주기를 담당하는 Product Manager/Owner가 되는 것을 목표로 합니다. PM은 하나의 제품에 대해서 제품 전주기에 대한 권한과 책임을 가지는 mini-CEO입니다. 의료 전문성을 살려 인더스트리 핵심에서 일하기 위한 최적의 직군입니다. 이미 PM으로 일해본 경험이 있거나 준비를 마치신 분, 환영합니다. 가장 복잡한 딥 테크와 글로벌 비즈니스를 경험할 수 있는 제품의 PM으로 커리어를 개발할 수 있을 것입니다. 만약 아직 PM이 될 준비가 되지 않았다고 하여도 잠재력이 있는 모든 분들을 환영합니다. 이 경우 독립적인 PM으로 시작하지는 않고, Medical Director로서 다른 PM들을 서포트하고 역량이 발전하면 독립적인 PM의 역할을 하게 됩니다.

Requirements
🎯 자격요건
- 국내외 의과대학을 졸업하신 분
- 국내 또는 해외 의사 면허를 보유하신 분
- 한국어와 영어로 업무상 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분

- 병리학, 종양학 또는 신약 개발 관련 경험이나 학위를 보유하신 분
