Series Project Manager / Change Manager

MAIN GOAL:

Responsibility for the customer product series projects assigned to him/ her and leading projects in collaboration with the specialist departments to achieve the assigned goals in terms of timing, costs, and quality.

TASK:

• Ensuring that the implementation of technical changes to products and processes in series (according to 6M-SOP) is targeted and planned
• Management of change projects according to 6M-SOP in cooperation with the departments to achieve the set goals in terms of time, costs and quality
• Compliance with the process description Implement Change Management after 6M SOP
• Budget and OPEX plan and control
• Ensure quality and cost awareness in the change team
• Capacity confirmation for Customer yearly projected demands and/or Life Extensions.
• Crisis and risk management (identification of potential risks/ organizing and planning with core team respective measures).
• Handling the preparation of offers for additional services according to customer requirements, as well as triggering invoices after fulfillment / implementation of the order.
