Job Description
1. Automation Software Development:
- Design and implement automation system software (such as C#, Python, LabVIEW).
- Develop and debug automation control programs to ensure the normal operation of production equipment.
2. Smart Manufacturing System Development:
- Develop and optimize smart manufacturing systems to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct data analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve intelligent production.
3. System Integration and Testing:
- Collaborate with hardware engineers for system integration and testing to ensure system stability.
- Use simulation tools for system testing and verification to ensure compliance with design requirements.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data, generating reports to support decision-making.
- Use data analysis tools (such as Python, PowerBI) for data processing and analysis.
5. System Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure stable operation.
- Design and implement system upgrade plans to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and product managers to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Write technical documents to ensure the maintainability and scalability of the system architecture.
