Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. MUST be at least 21 years of age. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ needs and inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and serve food items as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, OpenTable, or similar reservation software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
