The Plateau Travel Plaza is opening soon, and we are building a strong front‑of‑house team to support Three Teepees Café in our newly remodeled and expanded property, including service on the gaming floor.
We are currently seeking a Server who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, multitasks well, and understands how great service enhances the guest experience.
What you’ll do
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve guests in the café and on the gaming floor
- Ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
- Handle cash, tips, and point‑of‑sale transactions accurately
- Respond to guest questions or concerns in a positive manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and shared spaces
- Follow food safety, alcohol service, and guest service standards
- Support a welcoming, respectful, and team‑focused environment
Benefits, Compensation, & Perks
The starting wage for a Server is $15.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience (DOE), with a shift differential for non‑standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.
