Server Job Description

Location: Marietta, GA, 30066

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly and addressing any issues or concerns
• Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior server experience in a fine dining environment
• Wine/Cocktail knowledge and wine service experience a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
