What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create a warm, inviting dining experience.
• Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Make recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Maintain compliance with all Sunport security and badging requirements.
