💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300–$3,000/month, depending on experience

• Day Shift Allowance: $12/workday

• Night Shift Allowance: $24/workday

• Daily Attendance/Transport Allowance: $16/workday

• Potential Gross Salary: $3,000–$3,800+ (Basic + applicable allowances)

• 4 working days + 3 days off per week after training

📍 Location

Tampines – Technology / Manufacturing Hub

⏰ Working Hours & Shift Schedule

Training Period – First 3 Months

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am–5:00pm

After Training – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

☀️ Day Shift: 8:00am–8:30pm
🌙 Night Shift: 8:30pm–8:00am

Candidates will be assigned to one fixed roster team:

• Team A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Team B: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

📌 All teams have Sunday as a fixed rest day.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of server racks, chassis, hard drives and cabinets

• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers for assembly work

• Carry out production line activities including unpacking, rack integration and final packaging

• Follow standard operating procedures and production requirements

• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Maintain a clean and organised work area according to 5S and workplace safety standards

• Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
  

🎯 Job Requirements

• N/O Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline

• Candidates with 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly or technician experience are preferred

• Basic computer literacy

• Able to understand and follow work instructions and SOPs in English

• Physically fit and comfortable with:

  • Standing for extended periods

  • Climbing ladders when required

  • Handling items weighing up to 23kg

• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts after the 3-month training period

• Reliable and able to commit to the assigned roster
