A day in the life....
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by ensuring guests receive prompt, attentive service.
Reports to: Manager
Job Tasks:
- Prepare tables, including the setup of linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Contribute to a welcoming guest experience
- Assist Servers with food and beverage delivery
- Clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards.
- Complete side duties, including polishing silverware, restaurant setup, and replenishing condiments.
