Position: Server Assistant / Beverage Attendant

Let the feud begin Hatfield and McCoy's Dinner Feud! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast.

Full-time, Part-Time, and Seasonal positions available. On-the-job training is provided.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross-contamination.
Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
The beverage attendant position may require cross-training in serving duties.
At least 18 years of age.
Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
Frequent pushing and pulling of racks, whether full or empty.
