Server Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for a mixture of duties ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Ensure all items on the order are included and presented correctly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Polishing the silverware
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly
• Bussing and resetting the tables

Skills

• Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Previous experience in banquet or food service settings is advantageous
• Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial
• Background in hotel or hospitality industry is a bonus

Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.
