Job Summary

The Server Assistant is a key support for our food servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Server Assistant will deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests. The Server Assistant will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior at all times through knowledge of the company culture, organizational structure, and general philosophy

· Monitor food quality and presentation while delivering orders.

· Handle guest requests and relay messages to the appropriate team members.

· Check in with the food server and replenish supplies as requested

· Assist Food servers by running food and bussing tables

· Manage the physical maintenance of the kitchen and service areas

· Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

Additional Duties

· Participate in ongoing education and training

· Attend team/department meetings

· Other duties as assigned
