Server Assistant

Job description:

Café Intermezzo, Atlanta’s beloved European Coffeehouse, seeks a Server Assistant for our Midtown café.

Qualifications:

If you:

have a great, friendly attitude and approach to guests and team members;

think and act quickly, with a “sense of urgency,” in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;

enjoy providing a personalized experience for every guest;

then please consider this position, which embraces the following responsibilities:

Improving the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring the guest’s needs are met;

Bringing desserts, beverages, and foods to guests as they are prepared;

Keeping the guests’ table free of dirty dishes through pre-busing empty glassware, plates, silverware, etc.;

Partnering with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction;

Have the availability to work some weekend days, weekdays, and holidays, as needed.
