Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Set up and clean tables before and after each guest
- Refill water glasses and beverages as needed
- Clear dishes and utensils from tables promptly
- Assist with food preparation and plating as necessary
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide support during banquets and special events
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
